In a food processor, blend a cup of dates together with 2 tsp. of vanilla and 2 or 3 tablespoons of natural chunky pb. When it looks like it is holding together well, add in a couple handfuls of dried cranberries. Roll into balls and put in the freezer. I eat mine straight from the freezer because I don't like them as much at room temperature.
