Grilled Tilapia

Frozen (or fresh) tilapia fillets
Can tomato sauce
Olive oil
Parmesan cheese (grated)

Season tilapia with Italian seasonings (Mrs. Dash is a good idea)

Grill or broil the fillets for about 4 minutes on each side

To serve, pour warm tomato sauce over the fish and top with a grated Parmesan cheese.

This is incredibly simple and delicious and SO good for you. If you don't think you are a "fish person", just try this once. The fish is very mild and doesn't have that distinctive fishy taste. Serve with steamed green beans and rice or a baked potato.
